All I can say is first class service orders the jacket had an e mail to clarify the size. The jacket was delivered very quick but unfortunately it was a little on the large side.
The jacket was returned and I had e mail confirmation that the jacket was back and that my smaller size one would be despatch. True to there word I have received the replacement today perfect service will use again and recommend others to use. Thank you
Please do not do business with this company. The jacket was nice but the sizing was so off. My husband took the jacket back by hand. To find a woman and a storage unit. And one man. I am having great difficulty in obtaining a refund. It’s been over two weeks now. I do not think I shall get my money back. So I have no option but to raise a dispute with my credit card company. At first Kelly was really helpful. Once I needed to return the jacket that service went out the window. I am so disappointed that people treat you this way I returned your goods please do the decent thing and return my money. Disgusting. Kelly advised that is he would pass to the right department but there is no other departments. So I guess I have a fight on my hands.
