Delivery & Returns Policy

 

 Christmas Deliveries 

We will deliver all the orders placed by 15th of December before Christmas. If you wish to place an order after 15th for delivery before Christmas, please contact us to confirm the stock. We will still be sending orders after 15th but won't be able to guarantee the delivery before Christmas unless discussed with us before placing order.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Vintage Leather has a 14 days money back guarantee policy, the product should be unused for returns or exchanges.. If you choose to mail your order, please make sure the package is insured. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we will not be able to honor the refund. Please note that there will be no refund or exchange on custom-made orders.


The return shipping charges will be on the customer. A customised or altered item is not refundable. The price of a Delayed Return (after 14 days and within 28 days) will be credited to your E-wallet balance that can be used later for another purchase within a year's time.

Exchanges:

For an exchange, you will need to send the item back to our return address. The company does not cover the shipping charges to send an order back and therefore advises that you keep proof of postage safe. While sending an item back for an exchange, please enclose a slip with your order number and the item/size/style you wish to exchange for. If there is any price difference in the exchange, we will contact you. Once the return has been received the exchange item is usually dispatched within 5 working days subject to stock availability.

Returns:

Once we have received the return we say to allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed. The refund is issued via the same method the order was placed.

On all orders you can pay by credit or Debit card and Paypal via the website. Cards we accept ( Mastercard / Visa /Visa Delta / visa Debit/ Maestro / Amex).

All products displayed on our website are available in stock, based at our UK warehouse, ready for quick despatch. If for any reason, your ordered item is not available for dispatch, we will contact you immediately. A confirmation email is sent to the customer once the order is completed and paid for. Dispatch is made from our warehouse based in UK on the same day. We do our shipping's with DPD/ROYALMAIL/EVRI with tracked service.

Please note cut off time for fast delivery is 12:00. Fast Delivery charges are non-refundable. We only dispatch orders on weekdays.

We at VINTAGE LEATHER accept orders worldwide, the website stock is live and and always up to date and is directly linked to the stock available at warehouse. All prices are shown in your local currency based on the current average exchange rates. Shipping charges will automatically be added and as we charge in GB Pounds but prices in your local currency are for guidance only as the amount you pay will be calculated by the exchange rate your card company applies to the transaction to change your currency into GB pounds.

Your order will be sent out to you by DPD services or other couriers. All orders are all tracked for both our and customer satisfaction.

Outside UK Returns Policy:
Returns from outside of the UK must clearly be labelled as a returned item and this also should be specified on any custom declaration forms to prevent any import duties applied to your shipment. Please note we will not accept any returns having outstanding custom charges and if the parcel is not labelled carefully then it will be sent back to you.
