Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Vintage leather has a 14 day money back guarantee policy on unused products for returns or exchanges. If you choose to mail your shipment, please insure the package. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we cannot honor the refund. Please note that there will be no refund or exchange on custom made jackets. We also do not refund shipping charges.
Please note that if the buyer wishes to exchange an item more than once then he/she will have to cover the shipping charges from our warehouse to the delivery address. If the buyer wishes to proceed with a refund then any shipping charges covered by us will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We reserve the right to deduct 10% if returned products are not in the same condition as sent.
For an exchange you will need to return the item back to our return address. We do not cover the postal charges to send an order back and therefore advise that you keep any proof of postage safe. When sending an order back for an exchange, please enclose a slip with your order number and the item you wish to exchange for.
If there are any price differences in the exchange then we will contact you. Once the order has been received the exchange item is usually sent within 14 days subject to stock availability.
Once we have received your return please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed. The refund will be issued via the same method the order was placed.

Outside UK Returns Policy:
Any returns from outside of the UK must clearly be labelled as a returned item and this also needs to be specified on any custom declaration forms to prevent any import duties applied to your shipment. Please note we will not accept any orders which have outstanding custom charges and if the parcel is not labelled correctly then it will be returned to you.
