Shipping :

We ship worldwide using a variety of delivery partners, depending on the destination. For UK orders, we primarily use Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD. For international deliveries, we work with couriers such as DHL, DPD, and UPS. Delivery times may vary by location, but we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly as possible. 

Please note: After 20th November 2025, all orders to EU countries will be shipped from our EU partner warehouse. This means no import duties will be payable by customers.

Shipping Charges :

At Vintage Leather we try our best to offer competitive shipping prices. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and weight of the parcel. We offer free shipping charges to all orders to UK mainlands. For further information on shipping rates please do not hesitate to contact us.

Lost or Damaged Shipment :

If you receive a damaged shipment please contact us asap, do not return the order back without letting us know as a refund or replacement may not be sent out. If the outer packaging is damaged we advise to take pictures of the parcel and send these to us so we can resolve the matter.

If you believe your order has been lost, please do contact us and we will contact the couriers and get an update on the whereabouts of your order.
