However the customer care & the jacket are excellent & pretty much what I was looking for.
I would & will recommend this company to other people, it's only the first sentence of this review that has forced a 4 star rating.

Very nice leather. Well made and fits perfectly. The supplier took the time to double check the fitting size with me after I ordered and before they dispatched. The adjustment strap buckle at the back can be a little uncomfortable during long journeys in the car, but you'd get that with any waistcoat I guess. All in all, an excellent product and good service from the supplier.

Apologies for posting here - I emailed last week and haven't receievd a response.

We ordered the Vintage Brown Side Lace Leather waistcoat (see screen shots attached).

As you can see, the leather in the photograph looks almost 'shiny' with varying gradients of brown - unfortunately the waistcoat doesn't appear this way in person (see additional screen shots) and so we wondered if the correct one has been sent?

If this is the correct order it's not a problem, we can send this one back (we still have the packaging) and perhaps try to find one more similar to the photo on the website.
